DIRECT GUARANTEE FROM THE MOTHER HOUSE
Bluetooth locator with lost mode, compact design, long-lasting battery, IP67 resistance
Just a click away - You will never have to remember where you last saw it. Pair Galaxy SmartTag2 and start using SmartThings Find right away. Thanks to its intuitive interface, you can now easily locate your favorite items.
Keep everything under control. With an optimized battery life of up to 500 days, an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance, and Navigate and Search nearby features for easy location, Galaxy SmartTag2 helps you keep track of what's important.
Have you lost something? Activate the Search Nearby feature to get simple directions via Navigate mode. If you still can't find it, make your SmartTag2 ring thanks to the Ring Your Tag feature.⁶ ⁷
Let him find his way home. When Lost Mode is active, Galaxy SmartTag2's NFC (Near Field Communication) will display your registered contact and a message on the finder's smartphone, regardless of the operating system.⁵
1_IoT devices must be registered in the SmartThings app for proper operation. SmartTag2 must be connected to the user's mobile device. To see which devices are compatible with the SmartThings app, visit the SmartThings website.
2_Battery life, based on the results of tests conducted by Samsung internal laboratories assuming typical usage modes, is a simulated value of the total battery consumption measured by analyzing normal usage modes and the current needed for each function compared to the time taken by each function. Tested based on the results of a pre-launch version of the devices using the CR2032 battery included in the box. Actual battery life may vary depending on usage patterns, device model, or battery manufacturer.
3_When in power saving mode, some of the features, such as nearby search, IoT control and others, may become inaccessible except for the basic search function that uses Bluetooth.
4_Galaxy SmartTag2 is rated IP67. The assignment of the degree of protection is based on laboratory test conditions involving immersion in fresh water up to 1 meter deep for a maximum of 30 minutes. We do not recommend using it on the beach or in the pool. Do not wash with soap and water. The water and dust resistance of the device is not permanent and may decrease over time.
5_Your contact information and alert text must have been previously registered on the SmartThings app in order to appear on the device of anyone who finds the item with your tag in Lost Mode. The device of the person who finds the object you are looking for must support reading with NFC technology and must be connected to the internet in order to view the contact information previously recorded when the tag was activated.
6_For Galaxy SmartTag2, access to a Samsung account and registration on the SmartThings Find app are required. The Compass View function requires a Galaxy smartphone that supports ultra-wideband (UWB) with Android 11 or higher. Availability of the Compass View feature may vary depending on the operating system version, connected device, or country.
7_Accuracy may be lower if there is an obstacle between the user and the tag, for example if the tag is in a drawer behind a wall, or in a car.
- Optimized battery: The Galaxy SmartTag2 tracker has an autonomy of up to 500 days, and up to 40% more battery with the Energy saving mode, to always have your objects under control¹ ² ³
- Resistant design: Galaxy SmartTag2 thanks to the IP67 rating is a practical and resistant travel companion, designed to resist dust and water⁴
- Lost Mode: When Lost Mode is active, Galaxy SmartTag2's NFC (Near Field Communication) will display your registered contact and a message on the finder's smartphone, regardless of the operating system⁵
- Navigate Mode: Activate the Search Nearby feature to get turn-by-turn directions via Navigate Mode, or ring the Galaxy SmartTag2 to receive an audible alert that will help you locate it effortlessly¹
